You accept these terms before a persona is delivered or a paid service is bought. You do not need to accept anything to send feedback.

The short version
What you get
A content review: each piece you send is read as the persona you chose, with a score, where the buyer stops reading, their objections, what to fix first and a rewrite that keeps your facts. A private persona: a persona built for the segment and market you name, tested the way the public ones are. Both are written by the machine and read by a person at Buyingparty before they are emailed to you.
Price and payment
No card is taken while Buyingparty is by invitation. We send an invoice after delivery, for the price on the order page. If what you receive is not useful to you, say so, and you do not pay it.
The content you send
You confirm you may share it. It is used only for your review and sent to the AI model that writes it. It is never published, never used to build a public persona, and deleted 90 days after delivery.
No warranty
We do not warrant that a persona is accurate, and we are not liable for commercial decisions made from one.
What you are looking at
The personas and the content reviews are written by AI. Portraits illustrate a type of buyer, never a real person.

What is kept about you, why, and how to have it deleted is on the privacy page, linked at the foot of every page.
