Only what a request, an order or a message needs. Never published, never sold, and deleted when you ask.
What is kept
A persona request: the role, market and company you describe, an optional note and an optional email address. An order: your company, email, VAT number, invite code and the content you send. A message: what you write and how to reach you. Nothing about named people at your target companies is ever collected.
Why
To build the persona you asked for, to write, deliver and invoice what you ordered, and to answer you. A request's description is published as part of the public record of what was asked for. Your address never is.
Who else sees it
Vercel, a US company, hosts the site and runs it in Frankfurt. Neon keeps the database in Frankfurt. The text needed to write a persona or a review is sent to the AI model that writes it, through the provider OpenRouter, which passes it to the company that made the model. Our email goes through Simply.com. Each of them handles the data only to provide their service. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. The site runs no analytics and no tracking.
How long it is kept
The content you send for a review: 90 days after delivery. An order record: as long as bookkeeping law requires. A request address or a message: until you ask for it to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what is kept about you, and get an answer within one month. Write through the contact page. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Your browser
When you request a persona, your browser keeps a note of it on your own device, so the menu can show Your persona. The note never leaves your device. The site sets no cookies for visitors.
